Title: Senior Financial Consultant & Business Setup Specialist (SME Banking, Credit Structuring & Lending) Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Financial Consultant, Virtual CFO, or Senior Banking Specialist to structure a new commercial enterprise from scratch, establish a robust financial and regulatory footprint, and prepare the entity and promoter profile for high-limit corporate/personal credit facilities (target: ₹10L–₹30L term loan/working capital & premium business credit cards within 12–15 months). Key Responsibilities: 1. Regulatory & Business Setup: - Advise on optimal entity structuring (Proprietorship vs. LLP/Pvt Ltd). - Oversee GST registration, MSME/Udyam certification, and Current Account setup with top-tier private lenders. - Establish invoicing mechanics, compliance workflows, and revenue reporting systems. 2. Financial Architecture & Shadow Banking: - Plan and structure cash flow patterns to demonstrate healthy Average Monthly Balance (AMB) and sustainable operating margins reflecting ₹20L–₹30L annual net profit. - Coordinate with our CA for timely, compliant ITR preparation and filing. 3. Credit Profile Engineering & Scoring Strategy: - Design a 12-month credit-building roadmap to take a fresh credit profile to a 770+ CIBIL score. - Advise on secured entry points, credit card utilization thresholds, and inquiry spacing to prevent bureau scarring. 4. Loan & Credit Card Packaging: - Prepare professional credit proposals, CMA data, bank statements, and net worth certificates. - Guide application timing and relationship management across partner banks for vehicle finance and credit card stacking.

Requirements

- Proven track record as a practicing CA, Ex-Banker (SME/Credit Underwriting), or Business Financial Advisor in India. - Thorough understanding of bank underwriting algorithms, debt-service coverage ratio (DSCR), and credit bureau reporting mechanics. - Strict adherence to legal compliance and sound accounting standards. Engagement Model: - Milestone-based monthly retainer with performance incentives tied to credit milestones and lending approvals.
