Looking for a CRM developer

I need a developer who can build a straightforward CRM focused on managing customers and leads. The core of the application is a central record that stores: • Contact details and company information • A running history of notes, calls, and emails • Lead source, current status, and the team member responsible Beyond capturing that data, the system should let me add, edit, filter, and search records quickly, view each lead’s full communication timeline at a glance, and move leads through simple status stages. A clean web-based interface, secure user authentication, and an export function (CSV or similar) are all I expect for a first release; anything extra you suggest is welcome but optional. When you reply, please highlight relevant experience building CRMs, lead-tracking dashboards, or similar database-driven tools.
