Outreach Sales Manager – PR Agencies

At my media‐clipping and monitoring agency I want to accelerate growth among public relations and marketing agencies. Your primary mission is to uncover fresh prospects, open conversations by phone and email, and move those new contacts to an introductory call with me or directly to a proposal. You will research the right decision-makers inside PR and marketing firms, craft concise outreach messages that highlight our real-time monitoring and tailored reporting, and keep a steady rhythm of follow-ups until an opportunity is qualified or closed. I already handle account onboarding and renewals, so your energy stays on hunting rather than farming. To keep us both on track, I expect: • A weekly spreadsheet (or CRM export) showing agencies contacted, call/email attempts, outcomes, and next actions. • A minimum number of qualified appointments agreed-upon during kickoff. • Honest feedback on objections you hear so we can refine positioning together. If you have a proven record of cold calling and targeted email outreach into PR circles, can communicate results clearly, and are comfortable working toward measurable lead targets, let’s talk about timelines and tools so you can get started right away.
