### Project: Stratica OS – Financial Planning, Budgeting & Investor-Ready Financial Model We are building Stratica OS, a technology-enabled distribution and franchise ecosystem connecting brands, distributors, super stockists, and retailers. We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst / CFO Consultant / Financial Modeling Expert to help implement our financial strategy, operational budgets, investor reporting systems, and financial controls. ### Scope of Work 1. **Financial Model & Budgeting** - Develop and refine a 5-year financial model. - Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and operating budgets. - Track revenue, EBITDA, PAT, working capital, and cash runway. - Create department-wise budgeting and variance analysis. 2. **Fundraising & Investor Readiness** - Support ₹20 Cr fundraising strategy across Founder Capital, Seed, and Pre-Series A. - Prepare investor-ready financial projections. - Develop financial dashboards, MIS reports, and fundraising materials. - Support due diligence and investor data room preparation. 3. **Financial Controls & Accounting Systems** - Establish financial approval workflows. - Implement budgeting, billing, collections, and incentive payout controls. - Design monthly MIS and financial reporting processes. - Coordinate accounting systems and financial compliance workflows. 4. **Financial Dashboard & Reporting** - Build dashboards tracking cash runway, revenue, distributor growth, incentives, collections, and profitability. - Develop automated monthly reporting and KPI tracking. ### Ideal Freelancer - Experience in startup financial planning and fundraising. - Strong expertise in Excel / Google Sheets financial modeling. - Experience with CFO consulting, MIS, and financial dashboards. - Understanding of Indian startup finance, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. - Experience working with distribution, FMCG, franchise, or SaaS businesses is preferred. ### Deliverables - 5-year integrated financial model. - Monthly cash flow and budgeting system. - Investor-ready financial reports. - Financial dashboard and KPI tracking system. - Financial SOPs and approval matrix. - Fundraising and due diligence support.
