I want a fresh architectural concept for a residential property that embraces a clean, modern aesthetic and centres around an open-plan layout. The goal is to maximise natural light, create fluid transitions between living, dining, and kitchen zones, and keep circulation intuitive for day-to-day family life. Please base the scheme firmly in contemporary design language—think simple lines, thoughtful material contrasts, and a façade that feels both welcoming and current. While my priority right now is the overall spatial arrangement, I’d like the design developed far enough to visualise proportions and massing; photorealistic renders, SketchUp or Revit models, and dimensioned floor plans will help me assess the concept effectively.
