SENIOR ZBRUSH SCULPTOR WANTED VMGTOYZ 2030 — Strategic Football America Figurine Development Project Company: VMGTOYZ Strategic Toy Company Project Type: Private Commercial Commission Position: Independent Senior-Level ZBrush Sculptor Product: Premium 60 mm Strategic Football America Figurine Potential: Long-Term Collaboration — 20 Additional Football Poses PROJECT INTRODUCTION Hello, I am the Chairman of VMGTOYZ Strategic Toy Company, and we are seeking an exceptionally skilled, senior-level ZBrush sculptor to develop our VMGTOYZ 2030 Strategic Football America Figurine. Our objective is to create a highly detailed, anatomically realistic 60 mm American football figurine for private manufacturing and use within our proprietary tabletop football system. This project requires exceptional craftsmanship, precision, and the ability to reproduce an established character design with outstanding accuracy. IMPORTANT: We currently have high-quality image references only. The selected sculptor must create the complete 3D model from scratch, faithfully reproducing our approved visual references. We are seeking a professional who values quality over speed and takes genuine pride in producing exceptional work. 1. PROJECT SCOPE Phase 1 — Master Figurine Development The immediate objective is to create one premium, production-ready master figurine that will establish the official design standard for future models.

Responsibilities

include: Sculpting the complete character from supplied high-resolution image references. Reproducing the approved anatomy, proportions, and distinctive design characteristics. Creating the custom football helmet, facemask, shoulder armor, jersey, pants, socks, and footwear. Preserving accurate head, hand, and body proportions. Incorporating realistic athletic anatomy, uniform folds, equipment contours, and fine surface details. Maintaining a finished figurine height of 60 mm, with the measurement convention confirmed before production. Accurately reproducing the approved figurine platform and ensuring a stable connection. Preparing the completed sculpture for professional high-resolution resin printing. REFERENCE ACCURACY IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. We are not seeking an artist's personal interpretation or redesign. Our approved image references must serve as the controlling visual standard. Any proposed design modifications require prior written approval. Phase 2 — Twenty Football Poses Following successful completion of the master figurine, we intend to commission approximately 20 individually sculpted football poses. These will include quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers, offensive and defensive linemen, linebackers, defensive backs, and other specialized positions. Every pose must demonstrate: Realistic athletic anatomy and natural movement. Accurate weight distribution and physical balance. Consistent character proportions and approved equipment. Authentic football positioning and body mechanics. Stable integration with the approved figurine platform. The pose collection will be commissioned separately after approval of the master figurine. 2. REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERTISE Applicants must demonstrate advanced professional experience in: ZBrush Sculpting: Realistic character anatomy, clothing, hard-surface details, and premium collectible figure development. Image Reference Reconstruction: Accurately translating two-dimensional references into complete three-dimensional sculptures. Miniature Manufacturing: Experience producing detailed figures, preferably within the 32–75 mm scale range. Watertight Mesh Development: Creating clean, manifold, dimensionally accurate STL geometry suitable for resin printing. Structural Integrity: Understanding minimum feature thicknesses, fragile components, physical stability, and manufacturing limitations. Quality Assurance: Identifying and correcting mesh defects, unintended intersections, disconnected geometry, and potential printing failures. The sculptor must communicate any technical concerns before making changes that could affect the approved design. 3. REQUIRED DELIVERABLES The approved master figurine must include: Editable ZBrush source files (.ZPR and/or .ZTL) with organized subtools and agreed subdivision levels. Watertight STL files prepared for professional high-resolution resin printing. Verified 60 mm dimensions, including approved platform specifications. Six high-resolution studio renders: front, rear, left, right, and two three-quarter perspectives. Mesh validation documentation confirming watertightness, manifold geometry, scale, and identified printability concerns. Manufacturing recommendations addressing structural integrity, fine details, and minimum feature sizes. Complete project backups, including all approved source files and final manufacturing deliverables. Physical prototype printing may be included under a separately agreed milestone. Final acceptance requires both exceptional visual accuracy and verified technical quality. 4. AI USAGE AND DESIGN INTEGRITY WE ARE FULLY AWARE OF AI-GENERATED 3D MODELING TECHNOLOGY AND ITS USE WITHIN THE DIGITAL SCULPTING INDUSTRY. We are specifically seeking a highly skilled professional sculptor with demonstrated artistic and technical expertise. AI-assisted tools may be considered when fully disclosed and approved. However, automated image-to-3D generation alone does not meet our requirements. GENERIC AI-GENERATED CHARACTERS, APPROXIMATE RECREATIONS, UNAUTHORIZED DESIGN CHANGES, AND LOW-QUALITY AUTOMATED MESHES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The completed sculpture must accurately reproduce our approved references and satisfy professional manufacturing standards. 5. DEVELOPMENT MILESTONES We intend to structure the project around clearly defined, individually approved milestones. Milestone 1 — Paid Technical Evaluation Review the supplied references and complete a small paid sculpting test focused on the custom helmet and head assembly. This evaluation will establish the artist's abi
