Senior Manager / Director – Corporate Treasury Advisory (80–100%)

Zurich About this position Forvis Mazars is extending its Treasury Advisory practice into the DACH region. As one of the first hires, you will work directly with the Partner leading the practice. You will shape our offering, lead client engagements and help build a high-performing team across Switzerland, Germany/Austria working hand in hand with our established Corporate Treasury teams in France and across Europe. Your role Lead treasury advisory engagements end to end, including scoping, delivery, quality and client relationship Advise clients and lead assignments on treasury transformation: TMS selection and implementation, cash and liquidity management, forecasting, payments and bank connectivity, financial risk management, treasury organisation and policies Participate in and drive Go to Market initiatives to develop opportunities in Corporate Treasury in Switzerland, Germany and Austria (marketing campaign, events, publication, direct approach) Recruit, coach and develop team members across locations Collaborate with Forvis Mazars treasury teams across Europe Your profile 10+ years of experience in corporate treasury advisory, ideally at a Big 4 or specialist consultancy Strong track record in treasury transformation and TMS projects Solid network in the Swiss/DACH treasury ecosystem (corporates, banks, TMS vendors) Experience leading project teams and developing people Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage Entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to build something new What we offer A founding role in a newly established practice with direct partner access and real influence on its direction A clear development path within a growing practice Career development and training (funding of a wide range of in-house and continuing education programs) Possibility to work abroad (Forvis Mazars International Mobility Program) Flexible working hours, hybrid working and part-time options At Forvis Mazars inclusion and diversity are central to our values.
