For the first milestone of my autonomous B2B SaaS platform I need a fully-functioning AI sales agent that lives on WhatsApp.Massanger The agent must greet shoppers, answer product questions, handle objections, guide them through checkout, and confirm the order—completely unattended—so our store wakes up to new paid transactions every morning. Scope of this build • Connect the agent to WhatsApp via an approved provider (Twilio, Meta Cloud API, or a solution you already master). • Pull catalogue data, prices, inventory and discount logic from our existing e-commerce stack (Shopify at launch, but the architecture should remain platform-agnostic). • Use an LLM-based reasoning layer (OpenAI, Claude, or similar with LangChain/RAG) so the bot can reference dynamic store data and previous chat context. • Log every conversation, outcome, and order in our dashboard for later analytics. • Allow me to fine-tune tone, upsell prompts and fallback rules without touching code. Acceptance criteria 1. A real phone can text the WhatsApp number, receive context-aware answers, and place a test order end-to-end. 2. Average response time under 5 seconds. 3. Conversation and order appear in our admin panel with status “paid”. Please include links or screen-captures of past work where you built WhatsApp or similar AI chat commerce solutions. Code quality, security, and future extensibility to logistics and COD-fraud modules will influence selection, but for now the single deliverable is a reliable WhatsApp sales agent that closes orders on its own.
