Sull'offerta

I’m putting together a core group of at least twelve mechanical engineers for an ongoing stream of work. Projects will cycle through 3D CAD modelling, full-scale machine or product design, and the analyses that turn concepts into production-ready solutions. Most assignments sit in the manufacturing and industrial space, with occasional construction or automotive-style components, so versatility is a must. Day-to-day you’ll be opening SolidWorks or AutoCAD for models and drawings, then validating key parts in ANSYS when stress, thermal, or fluid behaviour needs proof. Typical hand-offs include native design files, STEP/DXF exports, clean BOMs, and clear calculation or FEA reports. To keep our workflow smooth: • Models must open error-free and follow the agreed file-naming structure. • Drawings need ISO or ASME-compliant GD&T. • Analysis reports should list materials, boundary conditions, mesh screenshots, and safety-factor conclusions. • All items hit the timeline we set together. Let me know which of the three software packages you master, your strongest discipline, and the weekly hours you can reliably commit. Teams or agencies are welcome—just confirm you can dedicate the equivalent of at least one full-time engineer so we reach the headcount target. I’ll shortlist this week, run a small paid pilot to align on standards, and then roll straight into the longer schedule. Looking forward to building a dependable, skilled team for the months ahead.
