AI CCTV Analytics Developer / Team — Request for Quotation

QHSSE Platform is seeking an experienced developer or team for two AI CCTV analytics projects: workplace safety, PPE/hygiene monitoring, object detection, counting and event alerts. All work is remote. MANDATORY EXPERIENCE — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING: Apply only if you have already delivered working camera/video analytics systems using the same technology (such as YOLO, OpenCV, object tracking and IP-camera/RTSP integration) at a comparable multi-camera scale. The scope includes one deployment of approximately 10–14 cameras and another of approximately 66 channels. Tutorials, training exercises, portfolio claims or small standalone demos alone do not qualify. Your initial proposal/message MUST include links or PDF evidence of relevant delivered projects. State what was delivered, your exact role, the number of cameras operating simultaneously, deployment hardware, and measured results where available. Include links to actual client reviews on those projects where available. Share only material you are authorised to disclose; anonymised evidence is welcome. Applications without delivery evidence will not be considered. If you have not delivered comparable work at this scale, please do not apply or message us. After reviewing the RFQ, provide preliminary price and duration for each item, assumptions/exclusions, and identify reusable components, training needs and items requiring a feasibility trial. BUDGET NOTE: The displayed USD 99–100 range is an administrative placeholder for this RFQ enquiry, NOT the implementation budget. Final scope, price and milestones will be agreed after evaluating technical and financial proposals. No implementation is requested for USD 100.
