Seinen Manga Chapter Illustration

I have a complete script and finished character reference sheets and now need them transformed into a fully-realised, detailed black-and-white seinen manga chapter. Please work right-to-left, matching the traditional Japanese page flow, and pour the greatest visual punch into the action sequences and dramatic effects. Each page must be properly panelled, inked, screentoned, and lettered with sound-effects; faces should stay on-model from panel to panel, and backgrounds need enough atmosphere to ground the story without stealing focus from the characters. When we are finished I’ll need two sets of finals: • high-resolution CMYK files suitable for print (300 dpi, safe margins observed) • a web-optimised RGB version that reads crisply on phones and browsers I’m comfortable if you work in Clip Studio Paint, Photoshop, or an equivalent tool—whichever lets you handle clean line art, layered screentones, and flexible lettering. All working files should remain layered so small text or tone tweaks are still possible at hand-off.
