Accurate Document Retyping Needed

I have a batch of printed or scanned pages that need to be retyped word-for-word into a plain text file. Accuracy is critical—every word, number, and punctuation mark must match the source material. No special formatting is required beyond basic line breaks that naturally occur as you type; the final deliverable should be a clean .txt file that opens without issues on any platform. Please let me know your expected turnaround time per page and any questions you have before we start.
