Tableau Operations Monitoring Report

I have a set of Excel/CSV files that record task assignments, hours logged, and related benefit metrics for my team. I need a single, well-structured Tableau report that pulls those files together and makes it easy for me to monitor project progress and, most importantly, see how workload is distributed and what benefit we gain from each activity. The dashboard should allow me to: • spot overloads or idle capacity at a glance, • drill from an overall project view down to individual team members, • filter by date range, project phase, and task category, • compare planned versus actual effort and benefit side-by-side. I’ll provide the raw spreadsheets and a quick data dictionary. You handle the data prep, build the visualisations, and deliver a packaged workbook (.twbx) along with a brief note on how to refresh the data when new files arrive. If you’re comfortable cleaning Excel inputs in Tableau Prep or directly in Tableau and can design a clean, interactive layout, this should be a straightforward engagement. I am not able to give access so only apply if we can work on this togther.
