Transcripts & Clean Thumbnails

I have a series of YouTube videos that need two things: accurate, well-formatted transcripts and eye-catching thumbnails that spotlight each video’s main topic or product. The purpose is to make every upload instantly engaging for viewers, so both the words on screen and the visual preview have to work together. For each video, I’ll send you the link. You’ll first create a verbatim transcript, lightly edited for readability, and return it as both an .srt file (for captions) and a plain text or .docx file (for my records). Time-stamps must sync correctly so viewers can follow along without distracting jumps. Next, you’ll design one thumbnail per video. The design direction is clean and professional—no clutter, no over-saturation—while still standing out in the feed. Because the focus should be on the main topic or product, the composition needs to frame that element clearly, possibly complemented by subtle branding or a concise headline if it strengthens the click-through potential. Deliverables for each video • Fully proofed transcript in .srt + text format • 1 high-resolution thumbnail (1280×720, <2 MB, 16:9) in .png or .jpg, plus the editable source file (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva link) I’ll start with a small batch so we can fine-tune style and workflow before scaling up. If you’re comfortable with YouTube Studio, basic SEO tags, or tools like Descript, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, or Canva, that’s a plus but not mandatory—as long as the final assets hit the brief.
