2-D Garden Construction Drawings

I already have hand-sketches, a builder’s design layout and a separate electrical diagram; what I need from you is a full set of scaled 2-D construction drawings that pulls everything together for council submission and contractor pricing. Main focus The priority is the 7 m × 3 m pool area and its safety fence. Dimensions, fence clearances and gate details must be shown clearly and comply with current standards. Overall concept Beyond the pool I’m after a relaxed, coastal-resort feel: clean light-coloured tiles blended with timber-look composite decking. The pergola, sun deck and BBQ zone should all read as one seamless outdoor space. Elements to include (all already sketched and dimensioned in the attachments) • 5 m × 2.5 m pergola • Sun deck adjoining the pool edge • Patio/decking for the BBQ area • Patio extension for the washing line • Raised planters – note: no planter face may touch the rear retaining wall • Shed location • Separate sheet dedicated to electrical runs and conduits: pool outlet on the left-hand boundary, lighting outlet on the right-hand side when facing the garden Deliverables 1. General arrangement plan at 1:50 (PDF + DWG) 2. Enlarged pool/fence plan with sections and gate detail 3. Pergola and deck framing plan with key elevations or sections as needed 4. Patio, planter and shed layout with spot levels 5. Electrical conduit layout sheet keyed to the main plan 6. Material call-outs matching the light-tile / timber-deck mix Please base everything on my attached sketches and keep layer naming logical so any contractor opening the DWG can jump straight in. Once the first draft is issued I’ll mark up any tweaks; after those are incorporated I’ll sign off.
