HIRING: FREELANCE ADS SPECIALIST – CHRISTMAS CAMPAIGN We are looking for an experienced Freelance Ads Specialist to join our Christmas advertising campaigns and help maximize campaign performance and sales during the holiday season.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising. Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or Google Ads. Proven experience in planning, launching, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns. Ability to analyze campaign data, optimize budgets, and improve conversion rates. Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience with seasonal campaigns, especially Christmas and holiday promotions, is a plus. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute advertising strategies for Christmas campaigns. Manage and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve performance targets. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly. Recommend improvements to ad creatives, targeting, and audience segmentation. Provide regular performance reports and campaign updates.
