Engineer signed Reg 61 Certification

I need a licensed structural or civil engineer to review the structural work on my new extension and sign off the Reg 61 certificate. The project is at the “main structure is being built” stage, so you will be looking at steelwork, load-bearing walls and any temporary supports now in place. I can supply the following for your review: • Photos and site measurements taken this week A site visit is welcome if you feel it is essential for due diligence, otherwise you may be able to confirm compliance remotely from the documentation provided. What I expect from you • Professional assessment of the visible works against current building regulations • Any recommendations for corrective action, should something fall short • A duly completed and signed Reg 61 certificate (PDF plus the original hard copy) Please reply with your professional credentials, licence details and examples of previous Reg 61 or similar certifications you have issued.
