Odoo-Based E-Commerce Store Setup

I’m launching an online store for physical products and want the entire shopping experience built on the Odoo website builder. The catalogue will need clear categories, search and filter options, and, of course, a smooth shopping-cart flow through checkout. Razorpay must handle payments, while Shiprocket will provide real-time rates, label creation, and tracking notifications. Customers should be able to create accounts so they can review past purchases and follow their delivery status at any time. WhatsApp is another key touchpoint: visitors should be able to click a chat icon to ask pre-sale questions, request help with an existing order, or even place an order directly from the conversation. The WhatsApp workflow has to sync back to the Odoo backend so that no order or ticket is lost. Deliverables (all items are completion requirements): • Fully responsive Odoo website with product catalogue, search & filters, cart, and Razorpay-powered checkout • Shiprocket integration configured for rate lookup, label printing, and status updates inside Odoo • WhatsApp API/Business integration enabling chat, order help, and direct order placement, all linked to customer records • Customer account area showing order history and live tracking • Final deployment on my domain with test data cleared and a short handover guide covering payment, shipping, and WhatsApp workflows I’ll consider the project finished once I can run a live test order: payment captured through Razorpay, shipping label generated via Shiprocket, and an automatic WhatsApp confirmation sent to the customer—all reflected correctly in Odoo’s backend.
