Premium Brand Identity Design – AR Projects We are seeking a highly skilled and creative graphic designer to develop a premium, modern and professional brand identity for AR Projects, a South African construction and property services company. Company Information ● Company Name: AR Projects ● Business Owner: Abdullah Rabin ● Industry: Construction, Building Renovations and Property Maintenance ● Services: Residential and commercial renovations, general building repairs, home maintenance and construction subcontracting. Project Objective BUDGET :$30 We want to establish AR Projects as a premium, trustworthy and professional construction services brand. The visual identity should communicate quality workmanship, reliability, strength, attention to detail and long-term credibility. We are not looking for a generic construction logo. We want an original, sophisticated identity that will be instantly recognisable and suitable for long-term business growth. Required Deliverables 1. Premium Logo Design ● Create an original, distinctive logo for AR Projects. ● Explore a sophisticated monogram using the letters "AR" or another strong, relevant visual concept. ● Present at least three original design directions. ● The design should be modern, elegant, professional and timeless. ● Avoid generic clip-art tools, overused house-roof icons and unmodified stock templates. ● The logo must work in colour, black and white, and on both light and dark backgrounds. ● Supply horizontal, stacked and icon-only versions where appropriate. 2. Professional Brand Slogan● Develop at least five original slogan/tagline options. ● Slogans should communicate quality, trust, reliability and excellence in construction and maintenance. ● The selected slogan must complement the final logo and overall brand identity. 3. Corporate Letterhead ● Design a premium A4 company letterhead using the approved logo and brand colours. ● Create a clean, professional layout suitable for quotations, tenders, proposals and oficial correspondence. ● Include appropriate placeholders for company contact information and business details. ● Supply an editable Microsoft Word version and a print-ready PDF. 4. Basic Brand Identity Package ● Primary and secondary brand colours with HEX, RGB and CMYK values. ● Recommended corporate fonts. ● Basic logo usage guidelines. ● Logo presentation/mockups showing applications on company stationery, uniforms, vehicles or construction signage. 5. Final Source Files Supply all final approved designs in AI or editable SVG, EPS, PDF, PNG (transparent background) and high-resolution JPG formats, as applicable. All final artwork must be original, suitable for commercial use and delivered with the necessary rights transferred to the client. Any third-party fonts or assets must be disclosed with their licence requirements. Preferred Design Direction We favour a sophisticated, premium corporate aesthetic rather than a traditional generic construction-company design. We are open to the designer's creative recommendations on colour, typography, symbolism and overall presentation. The chosen identity should reflect an established and dependable construction business capable of handling both residential and commercial projects. Designer Requirements ● Proven experience in premium logo design and corporate branding. ● Strong portfolio demonstrating original branding work.● Experience with construction, architecture, engineering or property-related companies is advantageous. ● Excellent typography, layout and branding skills. ● Ability to provide professional editable source files. ● Good communication and willingness to refine the selected concept.
