I am starting a startup digital marketing agency which have Paid advertising which includes Google ads, meta Facebook ad, SEO//Geo/AEO, email marketing and social media marketing. Looking for some one who is Full-Stack Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Ads + SEO/GEO/AEO) About Us: We are an ambitious, forward-thinking digital marketing startup. We help businesses dominate modern search by blending high-converting paid traffic with cutting-edge organic visibility. We are looking for a reliable, data-driven specialist based in India to grow with us as our core backend fulfillment partner. Key Responsibilities: • Paid Traffic: Set up, manage, and scale Facebook (Meta) and Google Ads campaigns to drive immediate leads/ROI. • Traditional SEO: Manage end-to-end organic strategies including on-page optimization, technical auditing, local SEO, and keyword mapping. • AEO (Answer Engine Optimization):and GEO Optimize client web footprints, structured data (Schema.org), and entity relationships so they get recommended by AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google Gemini). • Data & Analytics: Configure tracking pixels, conversions, and schemas using GTM, GA4, and Google Search Console. Provide clean monthly performance reports. Help with preparing website/ landing page for the startup company also.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in BOTH paid media buying and SEO/GEOand AEO • Solid understanding of AI search trends, entity-based SEO, and conversational query optimization. • Exceptional written and spoken English skills. • Proficiency with industry tools: Semrush/Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Canva. • Reliable high-speed internet, quiet working environment, and power backup. • Open to a brief, paid trial task to demonstrate technical capabilities.
