Complete SolidWorks 3D Machine Design, Sheet-Metal DXFs & FEA Stress Simulation — Hydraulic Tracked Mini-Dumper (1000kg / 550kg High-Lift)

I am manufacturing an indigenous Hydraulic Tracked Mini-Dumper (Power Barrow) in India with a 1000 kg horizontal transport capacity and 550 kg high-tip scissor-lift capacity. All master dimensions, structural steel profiles (IS 2062), hydraulic cylinder bore/stroke specs, and preliminary 2D/3D reference scripts are ready. I need an experienced SolidWorks Mechanical Design Engineer (Sheet Metal, Weldments & Static FEA Simulation specialist) to build the complete, 100% manufacturable 3D SolidWorks Master Assembly (.SLDASM / .SLDPRT), animated kinematic motion mates, 1:1 .DXF CNC laser-cutting flat patterns, and a shop-floor 2D manufacturing drawing book. Machine Specifications & 5 Sub-Assemblies to Model: 1.SA-01 Base Chassis & Rubber Track Undercarriage (850 mm Overall Width): Ladder chassis (1150 × 850 mm) using ISMC 100×50 mm main channels and RHS 80×40×5 mm cross-members. Contoured 10 mm MS laser-cut track side frames (670 mm track gauge, 915 mm ground contact length) for 180 × 72 × 37 rubber tracks, Ø82.5 mm rear orbital motor pilot bores, 8 bottom track rollers, front spring tensioner, and 5 mm foldable rear operator foot pedal. 2.SA-02 High-Lift X-Scissor Mechanism (1500 mm Discharge Height): Angled X-scissor arms (950 mm pin-to-pin) using RHS 80×40×5 mm tubes, Ø35 mm EN8 center pivot shaft, and Ø25 mm EN8 end pins. Upper tipping cradle (1100 × 700 mm in RHS 80×40×5 mm) with 12 mm MS front 100° dump hinge lugs (Ø30.5 mm pin bore). Diagonal 63 mm Bore × 450 mm Stroke hydraulic lift cylinder. 3.SA-03 290L Sloped Dump Hopper (CNC Sheet Metal): 1220 × 800 × 600 mm sloped hopper body with a 35° front discharge lip, modeled in 4 mm IS 2062 sheet metal (4.0 mm inner bend radius, 0.42 K-factor) plus 50 mm Bore × 380 mm Stroke under-body tipping cylinder. 4.SA-04 Self-Loading Boomerang Shovel & Scoop Bucket: Curved L/Z boomerang loader arms (10 mm MS laser-cut plate) with 3 pivot pin bores (Ø30.5 mm base, Ø25.5 mm cylinder elbow, Ø25.5 mm bucket tip). 780 mm wide contoured front scoop bucket (5 mm sheet shell + 6 mm side cheeks + 10 mm EN8 beveled cutting edge) driven by 2x 50 mm Bore × 350 mm Stroke side cylinders. 5.SA-05 Rear Engine Tower, 12L Tank & 5-Spool Operator Console: Tapered sheet-metal operator hood (4 mm side panels + 6 mm top deck) with ventilated louver slots. Slotted 8 mm base plate for a 420cc (13.5 HP) engine, 12L hydraulic tank (320 × 280 × 260 mm), top-mounted 5-spool control valve bank, and tubular orange operator safety grab handle.
