Estate Landscape Top-View Plan

I need a clear, professionally drafted top-view landscape plan for our private estate. The drawing must focus on two things above all else: the layout of all garden and planting zones, and the full circulation network—paths, driveways, and parking bays. You’ll be working from my existing, dimensioned site plan, so accurate scaling is essential. Once I share the CAD file and PDFs you’ll see every boundary, existing structure, and spot level; your job is to translate that data into an easy-to-read landscape graphic that I can hand straight to contractors and present to our homeowners’ committee. Preferred deliverable: a layered CAD file (DWG or DXF) plus a print-ready PDF at A1 size. If you prefer SketchUp, Illustrator, or similar software for the illustrative pass, that’s fine—just keep the base drawing in a format my architect can open in AutoCAD. Acceptance criteria • All planting beds, lawns, and feature trees labeled and hatch-patterned for quick identification • Paths, driveways, turning circles, and parking spaces drawn to scale with surface material notes • North arrow, scale bar, and legend included • Colours and line weights optimised for both colour and black-and-white printing If you’ve produced estate-scale plans before and can turn this around quickly, I’m ready to get the files to you right away.
