ERP Grade Setup for IT Company — Part-Time, Long-Term Collaboration Budget: $4,000 / month We are looking for a freelancer to configure and maintain the Grade ERP system for an IT company. This is an ongoing role rather than a one-off project, requiring steady part-time commitment. Key Responsibilities: Analyze our operational workflows and configure Grade ERP accordingly Set up modules: [Projects & Tasks, Time Tracking, CRM & Sales, Finance & Invoicing, HR] Configure user roles and access permissions for the team Migrate data from existing spreadsheets and software Set up API integrations: [Jira / Slack / Google Workspace / Payment Gateways / Accounting software] Build executive dashboards and reports: team utilization, project profitability, cash flow Document system settings and conduct training sessions for our staff Requirements: Proven track record in ERP/CRM implementation or configuration (Grade is a strong plus; experience with Odoo, Bitrix24, NetSuite, SAP B1, or similar platforms is acceptable) Strong understanding of IT agency operations: project accounting, time tracking, client billing Hands-on experience working with APIs and custom integrations Availability to dedicate ~20 hours per week and maintain communication during business hours Offer & Conditions: Compensation of $4,000 per month, part-time 100% remote work with a flexible schedule High potential for long-term collaboration following a successful onboarding stage Application Requirements (please include in your proposal): ERP/CRM platforms you have worked with and your years of experience A brief overview of a similar project: initial challenge and achieved result Your proposed action plan for the first two weeks of work Total weekly hours you can dedicate to this project Applications without a detailed summary of experience will not be considered.
